To nurture Boys’ moral character and leadership potential so that they build up their confidence and play an active role in contributing to the community
To equip Boys with a wide variety of knowledge and skills, in areas such as Leadership, Personal Mastery, Global Awareness and Community Spiritedness

PROGRAMMES / EVENTS

CCA Fair	January	An annual event that showcases various BB activities for the recruitment of Secondary 1 Boys to the Company.
Recruits’ Camp/Leadership Development Camp	March	A 3-day-2-night camp that aims to develop leadership skills of Boys; such as in planning and executing of camp activities. It also acts as an induction camp for new recruits who have just joined BB.
BB Enrolment and Dedication Service	April	One of the most important days for newly-recruited Boys as they will be officially enrolled as a new member of the BB. It also serves as a time to recognize the efforts and achievements of the rest of the Boys.
BB Blaze	April	The national BB Blaze competition promotes teamwork, endurance, competitiveness and winning through fair means and allows Boys to apply their skills learnt at adventure and sports courses. Boys from different companies compete against each other in this physically and mentally challenging, but thoroughly fulfilling adventure race. It will also allow Boys to take part in Kayaking, Rock Climbing/Abseiling and Archery.
BB CARES	July	Our BB CARES (Community Activities Rallying Everyone to Serve) involves all BB Companies in a day of fun and meaningful community activities to achieve our mission of nurturing youths to serve and lead. Committed to serve the community, BB Companies partner up with organizations to plan activities that involve the learning and development of Boys and impacting the community around them.
Orienteering/Expedition	August	Our Orienteering/Expedition activity allows Boys to apply skills such as map reading, teamwork, navigation and outdoor cooking, through an extended land expedition.
Boys’ Brigade Share-A-Gift (BBSG)	December	This nationwide VIA initiative aims to bring cheer to the less fortunate in Singapore during the festive season of Christmas, to inculcate the spirit of community service among members of The Boys’ Brigade and to promote the spirit of caring and sharing among Singaporeans. Boys from different companies work together to collect food items and fulfilling Christmas wishes of the beneficiaries.
